Important. KamCars.org is only an online listing platform. We are not a party to any sale. We give no guarantee for, and accept no responsibility for, any deal, payment, meeting or transfer made outside this website (including by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, social media or in person).

1. Who we are

KamCars.org lets showrooms, dealers and administrators advertise vehicles and lets customers find and contact them. We do not own, inspect, repair, warrant, insure, finance, deliver or sell any vehicle listed here.

2. Accounts and contact

You must be 18 or older and give true information. A free account is required to see showroom contact options, use WhatsApp or send an inquiry. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Do not use contact details for spam, harassment, scams or any purpose other than enquiring about a listed vehicle.

3. Listings by showrooms and administrators

Listings are published immediately without pre-approval. The seller alone is responsible for their accuracy, legality and the right to sell.
Do not list a vehicle that is stolen, snatched, under dispute, mortgaged without disclosure, has a tampered engine or chassis number, or has forged or misleading documents.
Describe the vehicle honestly: year, mileage, accident or repaint history, registration status (registered city, un-registered or NCP) and price.
Duplicate listings of the same vehicle are not allowed and may be removed.
Photos you upload must be yours or used with permission. You give KamCars.org a free licence to display them and to add the showroom name and site watermark.
We may edit, hide or remove any listing, or suspend any account, at any time, for example after a complaint or a legal request.

4. Deals outside this website

Any agreement, advance, token, payment, test drive, inspection, delivery or ownership transfer is strictly between buyer and seller. We do not hold money, act as escrow or guarantee any outcome. We are not liable for fraud, loss, damage, injury, disputes, defects, misrepresentation or non-delivery arising from a deal made off this website or from contact that began here. Take your own precautions:

Meet in a public place and inspect the vehicle (ideally through an independent mechanic or inspection service).
Verify the seller's CNIC, the original registration book or smart card, token tax, and the engine and chassis numbers against the documents.
Complete the transfer through the relevant provincial or Islamabad Excise and Taxation office (Motor Registration), and pay applicable taxes and fees. Do not hand over full payment before documents are verified and a written receipt is signed.
Never send advance money to a stranger or share OTPs, card or banking details.

5. Registration, taxes and imported vehicles

Registration, ownership transfer, token tax, withholding or advance taxes, and customs duties are governed by Pakistani federal and provincial laws, including the Motor Vehicles Ordinance, 1965, the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 and the Customs Act, 1969. We do not verify these. A vehicle shown as NCP (Non Custom Paid) has not had customs duty cleared; buying or using one may lead to seizure, fines or other legal action. Check status with the Excise and Taxation department and Customs before paying.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not post false or misleading content, impersonate anyone, scrape the site, upload malware, interfere with the service, or use it for any unlawful activity, including offences under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016.

7. Prices, content and availability

Prices, specifications and availability are supplied by sellers and may change or be out of date. Compare tools, price guides and badges (such as "verified") are for convenience and are not a valuation, inspection or guarantee.

8. Disclaimer and limit of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by Pakistani law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or any loss arising from user content, third parties, or deals between users. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your rights under applicable consumer protection laws against the seller.

9. Intellectual property

The site design, name, logo and software belong to KamCars.org or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them, or the watermarked photos, without written permission.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy policy. Contact details you receive through the site may be used only to deal with that listing.

11. Reporting problems

Use the "Report this listing" option on any car page, or contact us. For fraud or theft, also report to the police or the FIA National Cyber Crime Reporting Centre.

12. Changes, governing law and disputes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction. Users are encouraged to first try to settle disputes in good faith.
